Plug-and-Play and Reconfigurable Transport Network Architecture to Put into Practice Connectivity and Interoperability in Learning Factories

Achieving interoperability between disparate digital systems is a major challenge for Industry 4.0 and necessary step to build the representation of factory. Despite all available technologies, there still gap information technologies manufacturing in terms interoperability. In this paper, we address such from perspectives learning factories propose plug play reconfigurable transport network layer, which makes it possible exchange at levels factory floor. For validation developed concept, an experimental setup assembly line set up Smart Mini Factory laboratory didactic teaching concept proposed. The paper aims encourage other install architectures use demonstration purposes connectivity cyber-physical production systems.
